With the 2008 presidential election drawing nearer we must seriously think about the situation our country is in and remember how we have come to this point. The fact that a Republican president has ruled the White House for the past eight years has to be taken into consideration as we decide how to cast our votes in November. The fact that McCain as president would leave us only a heartbeat away from a highly inexperienced president cannot be lost on us as we head to the polls to make our voices be heard. More than anything, though, we must not leave doubt in anyone’s minds as to who we feel should be our next president.
